Tequila prawns

One of our few recipes that we can't credit to the great recipe book that is the internet. this one happened by accident.

10 nice-size prawns (easily found in french supermarkets, but check availability)
marinade:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 shot tequila
juice of half a lime
1/2 tsp hot chilli
2 tbsp olive oil

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and pour over the prawns and leave to sit for at least 3 hours. Barbecue the prawns on high heat for about 3 mins on each side. preferably served on a beach with friends at sun-down.
